Sophie comes from the ancient Greek word (Sophos), which means wisdom, knowledge, maturity and understanding. These are the values we and the partners need to offer what we thought and created and still continue to create every day for our people that follow us around every corner. Sophie’s symbol, the owl, is the symbol of knowledge and maturity. The slogan comes from “coofree” which is a village in Africa where coffee was found for the first time. In English this is translated “remember me”.

The first coffee shop was opened in September 2013 in an area near the center of Tirana close to the University of Tirana. In only 4 years since 2013 Sophie has managed to open 15 Cafes all around Albania. Moreover, in the very beginning Sophie would serve no more than 20 self – made products. Nowadays our clients can choose from a variety of more than 100 different healthy products carefully chosen
and prepared with love and great care from our professional staff.
